Who will manage my case at San Francisco Vocational
Services?
Program Coordinators provide support to help you successfully
complete training and go to work.
 | Program Coordinators speak with you over the telephone, gather information about you, and determine if you are eligible for SFVS services |
| After determining that you may receive services from SFVS, Program Coordinators set up an appointed time to meet with you personally, give a tour of the facility, and complete paperwork |
| Program Coordinators facilitate scheduled meetings with you, your Rehabilitation Counselor (if applicable) to create a customized training plan |
| Program Coordinators monitor your training progress, sending progress reports to appropriate entities (Workers' Compensation representatives, Rehabilitation Counselors, Social Workers, etc.) |
| Program Coordinators offer varying degrees of assistance, which is solely dependant on your individual needs |
| Program Coordinators offer help in overcoming problems as they arise |
| Program Coordinators work hard to see that you attain or exceed goals identified in your personal plan of rehabilitation |
