TEP (Transitional Employment Program)
The TRANSITIONAL EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM is designed to expose consumers to the demands of competitive employment, while gaining PAID work experience. Our TEP program is situated at a major workers compensation insurance company.
There are two TEP worksites:
TEP I: Within the Insurances Services department, the TEP I team is responsible for keying data from forms and other business documents into the computer system.
TEP II: Within the Credit and Collections department, the TEP II team processes a high-volume of incoming mail.
Due to the processing of personal and company checks, all TEP participants must first pass a background check.
